Meet US
Cindy Lang, N.P.
Executive Director for Anti-Aging & Laser Institute. She is board-certified by the ANCC as a specialist in adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. Cindy specializes in body contouring, weight loss, anti-aging, vaginal rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures. She received her certificate in training from Cutera on Trusculpt iD, Secret RF, Xeo, Enlighten, and Juliet.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MCPHS in 2009 and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Boston in 2017. She furthered her training in aesthetic medical services and received extensive training by experts in the field of cosmetics which has enabled her to perform procedures.
Irving Restituyo, M.D.
Dr. Restituyo completed his Internal Medicine training at SUNY Downstate Medical University Center. His interest in the aging process and specialized medical care of the elderly led him to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital at Columbia University, where he completed a fellowship in Geriatrics.
Following his education in New York City, Dr. Restituyo relocated to southeastern Massachusetts to start his practice. His efforts resulted in the creation of the largest and most successful Internal Medicine and Geriatrics practice in the area.
Dr. Restituyo went on a personal quest to be part of the 0.01% of the world population completing a full Ironman 140.6. He is now proud to call himself an Ironman after completing the course in Lake Placid, New York. Being a triathlete nourished an extreme passion for the disciplines of anti-aging, nutrition, and modern cosmetic medicine.
Dr. Restituyo believes that combining traditional and alternative medicine, not only improves and helps resolve acute health issues but also addresses the actual cause of illness. His personal mission and professional goals are bold and ambitious. He no longer considers normal aging acceptable, but manageable.
As the medical director of AALI, he can present all patients with an individualized plan that will help everyone live longer while looking and feeling their best.
Sara Medeiros
As a recent graduate, Sara received her bachelor’s in English with a minor in communications at Bridgewater State University and is currently working towards her master’s degree. As Office Manager, Sara’s mission is to contribute to the pleasant experience for everyone who walks through the doors at AALI. Priding herself on being extremely sociable, she is easily approachable and loves meeting new people.
Health and fitness are a big factor in Sara’s life. Continuously striving to be the healthiest version of herself, Sara has developed a passion for working out and eating healthy. In her free time, she spends countless hours searching for the best-iced latte, traveling, and baking. She also loves taking time to work on her writing and journaling, as the non-fiction genre is her expertise.
Taylor Pacheco
Taylor is board certified by the AANP with a focus in family medicine. She received her Bachelor of Since in Nursing from Curry College in 2015 and graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2020. She worked as a geriatric primary care nurse practitioner delivering primary care services to the home setting, and now focuses on patients that have complex cardiac conditions. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Taylor continued her education and has trained with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc. in Neurotoxin and Dermal Fillers. She furthered her education and has received training by experts on procedures including: Juliet, Secret RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and PRP therapies.
Rachel Resendes
Rachel E. Paquette Resendes is a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner who has a passion for providing preventative care utilizing medical weight management and aesthetic medicine services. She is double board certified as an adult/gerontology health and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and has been practicing primary care since she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2011.
Rachel has continuing education from Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle Medicine and Laser and Aesthetic Therapies and has trained with the Aesthetic Mentor of Massachusetts in Neurotoxin and PRP Therapies. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Lily Lin
Our newest addition to AALI team is our Client Concierge Lily Lin. Lily comes to AALI with a background in hospitality. She was born and raised in China and immigrated to the United States in 2008. She owns and manages a successful restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine. Lily has years of customer service experience and is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Lily is fluent in Mandarin(Cantonese, Fuzhou Dialect, Changsha Dialect) and English, and therefore, she is extremely helpful in assisting our Chinese-speaking customers.
