Cindy Lang is the Executive Director of the Anti-Aging & Laser Institute and a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) through the ANCC. She specializes in body contouring, weight loss, semaglutide, anti-aging treatments, vaginal rejuvenation, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including injectables.
Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MCPHS in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2017. She has received advanced training in aesthetic medicine, refining her expertise under industry-leading specialists. Additionally, she holds certifications from Cutera in Trusculpt iD, Secret RF, Xeo, Enlighten, and Juliet, allowing her to offer cutting-edge treatments to her patients.
With a commitment to enhancing natural beauty and wellness, Cindy combines her medical expertise with an artistic approach to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Dr. Restituyo completed his Internal Medicine training at SUNY Downstate Medical University Center. His interest in the aging process and specialized medical care for the elderly led him to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital at Columbia University, where he completed a fellowship in Geriatrics.
Following his education in New York City, Dr. Restituyo relocated to southeastern Massachusetts to start his practice. His efforts resulted in the creation of the largest and most successful Internal Medicine and Geriatrics practice in the area.
Dr. Restituyo embarked on a personal quest to be part of the 0.01% of the world’s population to complete a full Ironman 140.6. He is now proud to call himself an Ironman after completing the course in Lake Placid, New York. His experience as a triathlete fueled his passion for anti-aging, nutrition, and modern cosmetic medicine.
Dr. Restituyo believes that integrating traditional and alternative medicine not only helps resolve acute health issues but also addresses the root cause of illness. His professional goals are ambitious—he no longer considers aging an inevitable process, but rather one that can be managed.
As the Medical Director of AALI, he provides individualized treatment plans designed to help patients live longer while looking and feeling their best.
Sara holds a Master’s degree in English from Bridgewater State University, having previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Communication Studies. During her time with AALI, she has attended the AMSPA Medical Spa Show in Las Vegas, where she gained valuable knowledge in medical practice management, client relations, and social media marketing.
As Office Manager at AALI, Sara is dedicated to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every client. With her outgoing and approachable personality, she fosters strong connections with both clients and staff. In addition to her managerial role, she collaborates with the social media team to develop engaging content that highlights AALI’s services, promotions, and client transformations.
Taylor Pacheco is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP) with a focus on family medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2020. She initially worked as a geriatric primary care nurse practitioner, delivering in-home primary care services. She now specializes in managing complex cardiac conditions.
Taylor is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has pursued advanced training with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc. in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Additionally, she has received specialized training from industry experts in procedures including Juliet, Secret RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and PRP therapies.
Lily brings a background in hospitality to AALI. Born and raised in China, she immigrated to the United States in 2008. She owns and manages a successful restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine and has extensive experience in customer service.
Lily is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Fuzhou dialect, Changsha dialect, and English, making her an invaluable resource for our Chinese-speaking clients. She is always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
